Joseph A. Rosa, 76, of Sharpsville passed away peacefully on January 30th, 2024 at UPMC Jameson in New Castle, PA.
Joseph was born October 21st, 1947 to Theresa A. (Garofoli) and Lewis A. Rosa in Sharon, PA. He was a graduate of Sharpsville High School. On February 17th, 1968 he married his wife, Kathleen (Weldon) Rosa. After high school Joseph worked for Western & Southern Life. Later on, he worked various car dealerships, but ended his career working for Mel Grata Chevrolet in the Sales department. Joseph belonged to St. Bartholomew Church.
He enjoyed many things such as golfing, coaching both little league and midget football, and was a Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. Joseph enjoyed spending time with his family but especially with his grandchildren and great-grandson.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Kathleen Rosa, daughter, April Rosa, grandchildren, Jasmine E. Williams (Fiancé, Kaleb Jones), Jordan A. Williams, great-grandson, Kaden Jones, sons life partner, Joana Mariotti, sister in laws, Maureen Weldon, Patty (Chuck) Jones ,brother in-law, Tom (Deb) Weldon, sister in-laws, Bonnie (Larry) Herrmann, Donna (Henry) Thomas, niece, Theresa Jones (significant other, Scott Sethman), nephew, Lewis A. Rosa III (Liz) and many other nieces and nephews, good neighbors, Ken (Tracy) Robertson, special friends, Nick (Mary) Sveda.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Joseph A. Rosa Jr., sister, Mary Anne Rosa, brothers, Lewis A. Rosa and Pasquale “Pat” A. Rosa, niece, Evan Grace Thomas.

Funeral services will be held Monday February 5th, 2024 at 11:00 am in the SHERMAN Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Rosa officiating.
Interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
