Thomas J. Vukovich, 85, of Sharon, passed away peacefully on July 20th, 2016 at Sharon Regional Health System.  
Thomas was born on September 25th, 1930 to Nicholas and Barbara (Lubonovich) Vukovich in Sharon, PA. He attended Sacret Heart School and graduated from Sharon High School. Following high school, Thomas served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Thomas worked as a Fitter / Grinder for GATX, 20 years until his retirement.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Sharon, PA. Thomas was a member of the German Home and Croatian Club. He enjoyed traveling, especially to Croatian festivals and ceremonies.  
Thomas is survived by his loving companion, Isabelle Fabian of Hermitage, PA; nephew, Thomas P. (Tina) Vukovich of Sharon, PA; niece, Linda M. (Paul) Reiter of Sharon, PA; great nephew, Nicholas Vukovich, and great niece, Brittanie Vukovich.
He was preceded in death by father, Nicholas Vukovich, mother, Barbara Vukovich, infant brother, Nicholas Vukovich, brother, Steve Vukovitch, brother, John Vukovich, and brother, Nicholas Vukovich.
Friends may call Monday, July 25th, 2016, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Stephen J. Sherman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 2201 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 25th, 2016, at 5:00 pm in Stephen J. Sherman Funeral Home, Hermitage, PA.
Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

I was sorry to hear of the passing of Tom. He was a great guy. I've known Tom over fifty years. He was friends with my cousin John Ischo and I worked with Tom at GATX. I know that he will be missed, but if you keep him in your heart he will always be walking with you. You and your family have my deepest sympathy.

So sorry for your loss.I remember visiting Tommy with my Uncle John his brother.
