Shirley our sympathy and prayers go out to you. I was sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. He will be greatly missed and always remembered. He was truly a friend and also a great mentor in my years with the fire department. I will be lost waiting on those campaign signs to show up for the yard every election. Our thoughts are with you and the family. God Bless.

Michelle and family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Your dad sounds like a terrific person to have known.  My hope for all of you is that his memory sustains you during this trying time and comforts you with each passing day.

From childhood to adulthood... in the good times and bad times (and all those times in-between), I was proud to call you my friend.

Until we meet again, Bill.

Your friend,
David Kocholek

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill & his wife when I was a waitress at Brass Lantern Rest. some 26 years ago.  I continued to see them at sporting events & Bill & I would often discuss our beloved Steelers good and bad.  When I began driving bus 10 years ago I would pass in front of his house daily and he would often be waiting for me and wave or point out his Steelers shirt he had on and for several years would stop me to give me candy for Christmas.  Truly an honor to know him and he will be sorely missed.  My sympathy to the entire family.  Driver of bus "22".
