I am very saddened by the passing of my dear friend Tweet

Tweet was very kind and thoughtful and was always buying a gift from my business The Engraving Place for someone he was trying to bring a smile to. He has been a great friend to me and i will miss him

I am shocked and saddened to hear about the unexpected passing of Tweety bird. In 2012 our family moved to the corner of George street and Wengler and Tweety bird was the first person we met and ended up becoming part of our family. I can picture John now walking across the street with a big smile on his face and two dog treats in his hand. Everyday he always asked about every person, how we were doing and when genuinely cared about the answer we gave. Once we moved tweety bird was the only person that kept in touch with us from the neighborhood. I always knew when it was him here to visit us at our new house because I heard a motorcycle pull up to or someone beeping the horn. We sometimes would sit for hours and talk and he would hangout with our kids. I have the sweetest little rocking chair that he found for our daughter and a little Harley shirt that told us he wanted to get her before she was even born. Once she was born he was so excited and treated her like she was one of his grandkids. I could go on for hours about memories and stories I have of tweety bird but I just wanted who ever is reading this what a great person he was to our family. We love you and will miss you.

Marlana Atallah and family.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Tweet. I worked with him at PennDOT for a few years and from time to time my husband and I would meet him for dinner. He was such a kind soul always thinking of others. He will be sadly missed. RIP Tweet.

I am so sorry for your loss. Losing someone in death is one of the most devastating experiences one can face.  Something that brings me comfort is found at John 5:28, 29, and Revelation 21:4. In these verses, it  highlights that God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, and he will remove all causes for suffering, including death. May that beautiful hope bring comfort to your family during this difficult time.
