Allen W. Boles

Allen W. Boles 73, passed away peacefully at home on November 25, 2025 following a brave battle with lung cancer. With all Allen went through, he never complained, only saying “It’s the cards I was dealt.”

Allen was born on February 27, 1952 in Sharon to Rosetta (Weston) and Raymond Boles.

He graduated from Hickory High School in 1970 and Vo Tech with a certification in carpentry.

Allen retired from Sharon Tube in 2007 after 37 years. An avid golfer, he worked part time at Yankee Run golf course after his mill retirement.

A true sportsman, Allen loved going to his camp with his brother Daniel and his best friend Bruce Shaner. Besides loving hunting, Allen loved golf, fishing, boating on Lake Erie, karaoke, and riding his Harley. His beloved wife of 48 years, Juli felt Allen had a knack for “fixing” things when others couldn’t. He was a member of Orangeville Methodist Church, Ohio. Allen and Juli also enjoyed riding their Harleys together, bicycling and fishing together.

His wife Juli (Weeter) survives at home. He is also survived by his brother, Daniel Boles (Donna), Matthew (Sue), sister, Karen (Lenny) Darby, sisters in law, Mary (John) Weeter, Greensburg, Pa, Victoria Weeter (Jeff Mathews) of G.D. Luxembourg. He also has many nieces and nephews surviving.

Allen was preceded in death by his father Raymond Boles.

Services will be held privately.
