Carol Anton Obituary
Carol Anton, 72, of Hermitage, passed away on Sunday February 3rd, 2019 at her home in Hermitage, PA.
Carol was born on August 17th, 1946 to William and Elizabeth (Thomas) Anton in Sharon, PA. She graduated from Hickory High School and earned her batchelors degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In her earlier years, Carol taught at New Castle High School and most recently she worked as a call center representative for TeleStars LLC in Sharon, PA.
She was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church in Hermitage, PA. She enjoyed reading and loved her black lab Raider.
Carol is survived by her cousins, Robert Pishko of Canfield, OH, Michael Thomas of Hermitage, Robert Polochak of Sharpsville, Marianne (Thomas) Palermo of Lititz, PA, Evelyn (Thomas) Grandmeyer of Peru, IN, and Ed Thomas of Ohio.
She was preceded in death by father, William Anton and mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Anton.
Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Sunday February 17th, 2019 at 9 am in St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church 2230 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA 16148, in memory of Carol.
Burial will take place in St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.
