Douglas Wayne Campbell

Douglas Wayne Campbell, 62, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully on Friday March 1, 2024.

He was born July 17th, 1961, to Eleanor “Ellie” (Horton) and Gerald W. Campbell in Cortland, NY. After graduating from Reynolds High School Douglas went to Vo-Tech welding school, nursing school, and then worked for Greenville Steel Car as a welder in Greenville, PA. He later married the late Jodi Black who preceded him in death. Together they had two children, Joshua and Mark.

Douglas was an avid hunter, but more importantly he loved his children, grandchildren, and family.

He is survived by his sons, Joshua (Crystal) Campbell, Mark Campbell, mother, Ellie Willaman, sisters, Sharon L. (Dick) Burke, Dottie K. (Lynn) Mariner, Cyndi J. (Randy) Alabran, stepbrothers, Terry and Randy Willaman, stepsister, Robin Mullen, grandchildren, Christian, Katelyn, and Brooklyn.

Douglas was preceded in death by his father and his wife.

Services will be held Wednesday April 3rd, 2024 at 6:00 pm in Clarks Mills Community Church 3813 Hadley Road Clarks Mills, PA 16114.
