Joseph Klutcher, 92, passed away Tuesday, November 14th, with family by his side. Born in Ralphton, PA to Michael and Anna (Mochnacky) Klutcher, he was the youngest of seven children. Joe was a Korean war veteran and Bronze Star Medal recipient. He was a long-time resident of Arizona, where he retired from Honeywell in 1985.
As a tool and die maker / machinist by trade, he lived to tinker in his shop. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid walker continuing to do so into his late 80s. He was a devoted father and would do anything for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
Joe is survived by his daughter Kim (Dave), nieces, nephew, and caring friend Trina. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings. A special thanks to his caregivers (Marlene, Rebecca, and Jeff) who enabled him to stay at home over the last few years.
Friends may call Tuesday, November 21st, 2017, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Stephen J. Sherman Funeral Home, 2201 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA, 16148.
Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017 at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church Hermitage, PA with Father Kevin Marks, officiating.
Burial will take place in St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery
