Margaret Washnak

Margaret Washnak, 93, of Greenville, passed away on Sunday January 3rd, 2016 at her residence in Greenville, PA.  
  
Margaret was born on October 1st, 1922 to Michael and Mary (Obitko) Washnak in Ebensburg, PA. She was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church. Margaret enjoyed reading magazines, shopping, going out to eat and watching movies. She was an active person who also enjoyed watching her bird feeder and walking in the park. Margaret was an outgoing person who was loved by everyone who knew her.
  
She was preceded in death by father, Michael Washnak, mother, Mary Washnak, sister Marion Bangler, sister Anne Lazere, and brother in law Michael Lazere.
  
Friends may call Thursday, January 7th , 2016 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the Stephen J. Sherman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 2201 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA.
    
Mass of Divine Liturgy will be held on Thursday, January 7th, 2016, 11:00 am in St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church, Hermitage, PA, with Father Kevin Marks, officiating.
  
Burial will take place in the St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery.
