Norma J. (Pifer) Danilovics-Dickson, 85, of Hermitage, passed away 8:55 am on Sunday August 16th, 2015 at Nugent Convalescent Home in Hermitage, PA.
Norma was born on January 25th, 1930 to Daniel L. and Tressa (Sorber) Pifer in Greenville, PA. She attended Greenville High School. Norma was a homemaker who enjoyed bingo and most importantly enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Norma is survived by her 3 sons - Larry D. (Sally) Pifer of Hermitage, PA, George E. (Brenda) Danilovics Jr. of West Middlesex, PA, Darrell D. (Lynda) Danilovics of Sharon, PA; 2 sisters - Arlene (Robert) Hunt of Greenville, PA, Muriel (Wesley) Schell of Lehigh Acres, FL; 5 Grandchildren - Heather Danilovics, George Danilovics III, Kayse (Tom) Dowden, Brian (Kelly) Danilovics, Doug Danilovics; 5 Great Grandchildren - Tommy Dowden, Elle Anna Danilovics, Isabella Dowden, Bentley Dowden, Alexander Danilovics; 3 step grandchildren - Scott Wareham, Shane Wareham, Bryan Wareham; and 2 step great grandchildren - Austin Wareham, Benjamin Wareham.
She was preceded in death by father, Daniel L. Pifer, mother, Tressa Pifer, first husband, George E. Danilovics Sr. who passed away in November 1974, second husband, Ray O. Dickson who passed away March 1989, grandson, Daniel Pifer, brother, Arthur Pifer, brother, Harland Pifer, brother, Harold Pifer, brother, Donald Pifer, brother, Russell Pifer, and sister, Marion Vickers.
Friends may call Wednesday, August 19th, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Stephen J. Sherman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 2201 Highland Rd. Hermitage, PA.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 19th , 2015, at 2:00 pm in the Stephen J. Sherman Funeral Home, Hermitage, PA.
Burial will take place in the St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Cemetery Hermitage, PA.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of donors’ choice.
