Stanley Joseph Radkowski, 89, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, passed away June 6, 2021.
Stanley was born December 9, 1931 to Anastasia (Lazuta) and Ludwick Radkowski in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After high school, Stanley graduated from the Virginia Military Institute where he earned his degree. He worked as a chemist for Universal Match, Diamond Match, Ohio Match and American Cyanamid.
Stanley was passionate about his family farm and his favorite times were those spent with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, JoAnne (Bradley) Radkowski, daughters Cheryl (Alan) Brown, Laura Wolcott, Susan (Thomas) Daley, Lisa (Michael) Lavelle, and his grandchildren Kyle Brown, Nicole Wolcott, Alexis Wolcott, Michael Lavelle, Erin Lavelle, Thomas Daley, Morgan Daley, and Ryan (Ashley) Radkowski, great grandson, David Radkowski, and a sister, Annie Hric.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, son, Stanley J. Radkowski II, son-in-law, David Wolcott, granddaughter, Ashley Wolcott, brothers, Steve, John, Frank, Peter, Louis, Leo, and Paul Radkowski.
Friends may call Friday June 11, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Church of the Good Sheperd in West Middlesex, PA
Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, June 11 at 11 a.m. in the church with the Very Rev. Richard J. Allen, E.V. officiating.
Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Per the family’s request, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association
